Why we built this
There was no evidence base. So we made one.
Five years of testing African software left us with one recurring problem. Every conversation about quality on the continent ran on anecdote. There was no authoritative account of how African technology teams actually approach software risk, so no way to benchmark, argue for budget, or measure progress.
This report is the first edition of that account. It is written for the executives, engineering leaders, founders, and investors who need to understand how quality scales alongside deployment in one of the world's fastest-growing technology markets.
